Hello, back again - you know, I usually blog about Cincinnati area properties, real estate, housing markets and helpful stuff for buyers and sellers, but I also love home decor and interior design.

I've always believed that home is "sanctuary" and it might as well fit your own personal sense of beauty, comfort and functionality - whatever that may mean to you personally.

The Midwest is a lot different than the real estate and housing markets you find on the east or west coast, but some similarities to design and decor found in the pacific Northwest and the South.

One of those home decor details many properties share is copper and I absolutely love it. Old or new, shiny or patina, decorative items or part of the actual home, copper adds a unique and brilliant touch that goes with just about any color scheme or style.

Howdy all, back again and good grief it's a busy home buying this season and I'll add more competitive than usual with less inventory. Montgomery OH real estate inventory and sales are a sure reflection of the "battle of the buyers" so far in 2016.
